Life is short, but God is huge.

I had an awesome experience tonight, and can't even sleep, because I'm SO excited to share it!! A girl and her friend, were planning on going to Mexico with us in November, and had already put their deposits down, but unfortunately are not going to be able to go, so they said they wanted their deposits to go to someone else who might need funds! I spent the entire service tonight, asking God to tell me who needed the money and I saw a couple walk in, that I knew were struggling to come up with the deposit, but really felt like they needed to go. I asked God "is it them?" and very clearly answered "yes"!

After Pure, the couple came up to fill out their applications and the girl got her checkbook out. I told them that their deposits would be paid for, because someone wanted to bless their trip! They were super excited, said thanks, and left. Later, I got a text from the girl saying this "the crazy thing, is that I was pulling out my checkbook praying that God would provide the money for our trip" and He so clearly did.

I am in tears writing about this story. What amazing faith that couple had! They knew they needed to go to Mexico, had NO clue where the money would come from, but fully trusted that God was going to come through! I love to hear stories of people with such expectant faith. When God asks us to do something, we should expect Him to show up. I love that it all comes back to this idea of being a PC. A PC has faith, and will probably do some stuff, that other people see as completely insane, but is willing to do it anyways!
